Survivor Seth McDaid, Shari Graham (one of his rescuers), and Dan McDaid, his father

One of the program highlights was a panel discussion facilitated by Janet Tretheway, EdD, EMT, ECC Program Manager. The discussion featured high school student Seth McDaid and his father Dan McDaid. Seth survived cardiac arrest during a basketball practice in January 2021 when he was a high school junior. Fortunately, coaches knew how to help and the school had an AED. Watch Seth’s story here.
