The Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation has announced its Fall Video Contest. This year, the SCA Foundation is partnering with the Citizen CPR Foundation to conduct its Fall 2010 Video Contest. Unlike the SCA Foundation’s previous video contests, this one is open to all interested parties, not just students. Videos or public service announcements (PSAs) must be 90 seconds or less in duration and should aim to raise awareness about sudden cardiac arrest and emergency cardiovascular care, including CPR and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs). The deadline is November 18. Winners will be announced Dec. 8-10 during the Emergency Cardiovascular Care Update, a biennial conference of the Citizen CPR Foundation. The first place winner will receive an automated external defibrillator (AED) and other prizes.
